Reformer Pilates

Small-group Reformer Pilates focused on strength, control, and quality of movement. Sessions are carefully programmed and guided, with progressions and regressions to suit individual needs.

Classes emphasise technique, awareness, and consistency to support long-term strength rather than short-term intensity.

Best for:

Building strength · Improving mobility · Ongoing movement practice

Semi Private & Duets

One-on-one or duet sessions tailored to your body, goals, and movement history. These sessions allow for greater individual attention and are ideal if you’re new to Pilates, returning from injury, or working toward specific outcomes.

Semi-private and duet sessions can stand alone or complement group classes as part of a longer-term plan.

Best for:

Personalised support · Injury recovery · Skill development

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy consultations focus on assessment, rehabilitation, and restoring confident movement. Our approach bridges the gap between injury and ongoing strength through considered, evidence-based care.

Where appropriate, physiotherapy and Pilates work together to support recovery and long-term capacity.

Best for:

Injury management · Pain reduction · Return to movement
